2.Q: What should I do if I get an “error 11” message?
A: This means that you are using an older version of the player to play content. If you have a more recent version of Windows Media Player or RealPlayer, use it for a better viewing experience.
3.Q: What should I do if I get an “error 19” message?
A: This message can occur if the server is down or of you are working behind a corporate firewall. Please talk to your Network Administrator about your company’s firewall, proxy server, or any other security settings that may be in place.
4.Q: How can I receive audio and/or video behind a corporate firewall?
A: You will need to do one of two things. You may have to ask your MIS department to open port 80, responsible for supporting audio and visual streaming. If you still experience problems, you will need to connect to the broadcast site from outside the firewall.
